Workspace Settings

Manage your workspace name and team access.

What is a workspace?

Your workspace is where all your TAB stuff lives - agents, customers, settings. If you have a team, everyone in the workspace sees the same things.

Finding workspace settings

Click Settings in the sidebar, then select the Workspace tab.

Workspace name

Change your workspace name to match your company or team:

  1. Click in the Workspace Name field
  2. Type your new name
  3. Click Save

The name appears in the header and helps identify which workspace you're in.

Industry

Pick the industry your business operates in. TAB uses this to tailor your agent's guidance and the insights on your Analytics dashboard to your line of business.

You'll find it next to the workspace name. Change it and click Save.

Organization ID

This is a unique identifier for your workspace. You can't change it. It's used for:

  • API access
  • Technical integrations
  • Support tickets

You usually don't need to worry about it unless you're doing technical work.

Team members

See who has access to your workspace.

Viewing team

The team list shows:

  • Each member's name and email
  • Their role (Owner or Member)
  • When they joined

Roles

Owner

  • Full access to everything
  • Can manage billing
  • Can add/remove team members
  • Can delete the workspace
  • There's only one owner

Member

  • Can create and manage agents
  • Can view customers
  • Can use integrations
  • Cannot access billing
  • Cannot manage team

Adding team members

Invite teammates by email, or generate a one-time join code or invite link for them:

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter their email
  3. Choose their role (Owner or Member)
  4. Send the invitation

For the full walkthrough — including join codes and invite links — see Managing your team.

Removing team members

  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Click the menu icon (three dots)
  3. Select Remove
  4. Confirm

They lose access immediately. Their agents remain in the workspace.

Deleting a workspace

If you're the workspace owner and you belong to more than one workspace, a Delete Workspace section appears at the bottom of the Workspace tab.

  1. Click Delete Workspace
  2. Type the workspace name to confirm
  3. Confirm the deletion
This is permanent

Deleting a workspace permanently removes all of its agents, customers, data sources, and conversations, and cancels its subscription. This cannot be undone.

Don't see the option? It's hidden if you're not the owner, or if this is your only workspace — you can't delete the workspace you'd be left without. Create or join another workspace first, or contact support.
