What doesn't use conversation credits
These are free:
- Creating an agent
- Training your agent (training uses your plan's data storage limit, not conversation credits)
- Viewing customers
- Changing settings
- Connecting integrations (like Shopify)

- Your agents will stop responding to customers

Your agents will start working again as soon as you have more conversation credits.
Tips to use conversation credits wisely

Monthly reset
On your billing date:
- Your conversation credits reset to your plan's monthly amount
- Unused conversation credits don't carry over
- The cycle starts fresh
Example: If your billing date is the 15th and your plan includes 1,000 conversation credits:
- January 15: 1,000 conversation credits
- January 30: You've used 600, have 400 left
- February 15: Reset to 1,000 (the 400 unused are gone)
